Cancellation Policy

We want you to be able to plan your stay at Villa Baumhaus without any worries. However, we ask for your understanding that in the event of short-notice cancellations, we have to plan as follows:

• Free cancellation: You will receive a full refund of the booking costs up to 14 days before check-in.
• Partial refund: For cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the scheduled check-in, we will refund 50% of the booking amount.
• Short-notice cancellation: For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, a refund is unfortunately no longer possible and the full amount will be due.

Our tip: We recommend taking out private travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen events (such as illness or work commitments).

Note for bookings via platforms (e.g. Airbnb): For bookings via external portals, the terms and conditions stored there and accepted by you during booking apply primarily.

Payment terms (Payment Policy)

To confirm your booking at Villa Baumhaus, the following payment terms apply:

• Total payment: The full invoice amount (including cleaning fee and any pet fee) is due immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation.
• Payment deadline: Please make payment within 3 working days via [bank transfer / PayPal].
• Reservation: Your reservation is only confirmed after full payment has been received. If payment is not received within this timeframe, we reserve the right to release the date to other guests.

Payment methods: We accept payments via bank transfer or conveniently via PayPal. You will receive detailed information along with your confirmation email.

Note for corporate clients: Upon request, we will gladly issue you a proper invoice for your stay.
