House rules of Villa Baumhaus
Welcome! We have put a lot of heart and soul into the design and maintenance of Villa Baumhaus. To ensure all our guests feel comfortable and the apartment remains in top condition, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules:
1. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM (via key safe).
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM at the latest. (Please adhere to the time so that our cleaning team can start on time.)
2. Quiet Hours & Neighborhood
- We value good neighborliness! Please be considerate and avoid noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Parties or events are not allowed at the accommodation.
3. Smoking & Safety
- Villa Baumhaus is a non-smoking apartment. Please smoke only outdoors (terrace/garden) and use the ashtrays provided.
- When leaving the house, we ask you to close all windows and turn off the lights.
4. Pets
- Four-legged friends are welcome by prior arrangement.
- Please ensure that pets do not jump onto the beds or sofas.
- Please remove any mess in the garden immediately.
5. Cleanliness & Waste
- Please leave the kitchen in a tidy condition (please put used dishes in the dishwasher).
- Waste separation is important to us! Please use the marked bins outside for residual waste, paper and plastic.
6. Damages
- Where people live, things can sometimes break. Please inform us immediately if any damage has occurred. This way we can repair it quickly before the next guests arrive.
